Free Blocks LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates applications (collectively, the “App”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of our applications. These policies apply across the several different applications we currently offer: an application for Google Workspace™, an application for Slack™ and a web application available at https://freeblockscal.com.We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Limited Use Policy
Free Block's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. API scopes are used to request calendar information to display to users and to allow users to book events with their customers. Free Blocks limits its API use cases to reading and creating calendar data.
Data Retention Policy
We use data provided by our application for Slack™ only to address functionality necessary to share calendar data, namely your Slack™ identifying info (Workspace and User IDs) such that Free Blocks can tie it to Google Calendar data. We delete this data upon use request (see Data Deletion Policy). Data is retained for as long as the user has the application installed in their Slack™ workspace(s) and then deleted following either dis-installation or request for deletion (see Data Deletion Policy).
Data Deletion Policy
We delete all user info stored by Free Blocks upon application uninstall or upon requests made to info@freeblocksapp.com within 30 days. We send users deletion confirmation following deletion of data.
Information Collection And Use
While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.
Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of July 3, 2023 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
